I provide hands-on support with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your business moving. Depending on your needs, that can include operations, admin, email management, CRM setup, project management, content support, graphic design, website updates, course setup, systems, SOPs, automations, and launch support.
I don’t just wait for a list of tasks. I bring both strategy and execution to the work. I’m able to look at what’s happening behind the scenes, identify what needs attention, and help you organize and execute it using the tools and systems you already have.
The goal is to take work off your plate not create another person for you to manage. I use the information, systems, and priorities we establish together to take ownership of assigned tasks and keep projects moving, while communicating with you when decisions or direction are needed.
It depends on how much support you need and what you’re trying to accomplish. The Scaling CEO package includes 15 hours for $500, while Operations Support includes 30 hours for $1,000. If you need more strategic or ongoing support, personalized packages are available. We can determine the best fit based on your goals and priorities.
Once you submit your inquiry and we determine that we’re a good fit, we’ll confirm your package, scope, and start date. Availability can vary depending on current projects and scheduling, so I recommend reaching out when you know you’re ready for support.
My standard VA packages are currently offered at $500 for Scaling CEO and $1,000 for Operations Support. If you have a larger project or need a custom scope, payment options may be discussed based on the project and agreement.
